
Charlesa James joined PremierFMS in February 2025 as the Customer Service Supervisor. In this role, she leads the customer service team, supports staff with payroll, enrollment, and timesheet inquiries, and works to enhance internal processes to ensure quick, friendly service.
With over a decade of leadership and customer service experience, Charlesa brings a genuine passion for helping others and fostering meaningful relationships. Prior to joining PremierFMS, she managed a large customer service team supporting more than 60 client accounts, provided one-on-one coaching, and consistently surpassed service goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Communication and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. and brings hands-on expertise in customer service and operations. She is dedicated to leading with care and delivering high-quality support to both participants and Direct Care Professionals. She truly enjoys making positive impacts in individuals’ lives.
