Charlesa James joined PremierFMS in February 2025 as the Customer Service Supervisor. In this role, she leads the customer service team, supports staff with payroll, enrollment, and timesheet inquiries, and works to improve internal processes to ensure fast, friendly service.

With over a decade of leadership and customer service experience, she brings a deep passion for helping others and fostering strong relationships. Prior to joining PremierFMS, she managed a large customer service team supporting more than 60 client accounts, provided one-on-one coaching, and consistently exceeded service goals.

She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and brings hands-on expertise in customer service and operations. She is dedicated to leading with care and delivering high-quality support to both participants and Direct Care Professionals.

Outside of work, she’s an animal lover and proud dog mom to Daisy, her loyal companion of more than 12 years.
