Account Coordinators

Your account coordinator communicates with both you and your Case Manager to answer questions you have in regard to the onboarding process.

Customer Service

Once enrolled, you, your Direct Care Professionals, and Care Manager will have access to our Call Center.

Enrollment Specialists

Our enrollment specialists receive and process enrollment packets from you and your Case Manager. They check to ensure no errors are made, help you obtain an EIN, and make sure worker’s compensation coverages are obtained.
