2. Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Training & Support – We have extensive experience with rolling out Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) services and training. EVV can often be difficult to learn, but we’re well-versed in the required tools. Our ongoing EVV support includes in-person and webinar trainings to ensure you meet federal requirements. 3. Bilingual Support – For those who require it, our customer service team includes individuals fluent in Spanish. They are equipped to assist throughout the enrollment and onboarding process, as well as provide ongoing support. We also provide support and translation services in several other languages.
