IMPORTANT: EVVIE updates and information
ALL Non-Live-In workers providing the following services are required to submit time via EVVIE
• IRIS self-directed personal care per 15 minutes (T1019)
• Routine supportive home care per 15 minutes (S5125)
• Routine supportive home care per day (S5126)
********OPTIONAL FOR: Live-in workers (all services) or Non-Live-In workers providing services other than those mentioned above
If you are a Non Live-In worker or a participant with Non Live-In worker and have not already reached out for set up information please email: email@example.com.
Please watch your emails for instructions on how to set up and register your FMS One account to access the EVVIE portal and App. This registration email will expire after 24 hrs.
If the email has expired go to https://fms-one.bluebedrock.com/users/sign_in. Click on “Didn’t receive confirmation instructions?”. Then enter the email address and a new email will be sent.
If you are able to log on to EVVIE using the information on our website, you are all set. However, please wait until the beginning of a pay period to submit via EVVIE and not in the middle.
IMPORTANT: Before you can start submitting time on EVVIE, both the participant and the worker will need to be registered with Premier. To get registered, please contact Premier FMS at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Also please note there are additional training videos that are password protected. If you would like to view the video(s), email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line of “Video Password” then we will send you the password.
